Tiffany this board come out of lionel GP38 engine and the red wire hooks up to pick up and black to ground then two red wires on speaker hooks up two pins on the board.

zip is 95926..... is the horn loud ?  what can I do to make it louder as I saw the video and saw a white round thing on the board, is that the pot to control the loudness if so can you turn it all the way up, I don't know if that will blow out the speaker ?  I am hearing impaired so the louder the better !!!What you think ?

Yes you can turn it up and it is very loud but thru the video not sound to loud but it will sound better when you put a baffle on it.

the horn came today, how do I hook it up to my Z4000 to "test" it out as I have to put the speaker close to my ears to be able to hear it (LOL).  Is there a VOL. that I can turn up the sounds or make it louder ?
