I don't need lubrication supplies and only want the Lionel track eraser and the Lionel track cleaning fluid. Is there any place that sells these individually rather than as part of the Lionel all in one kit?

No, but there's nothing magical about those products. A Walthers Bright Boy is a superior abrasive block cleaner, and there are numerous cleaning fluids to choose from. I use denatured alcohol and a lint-free cloth to clean my track.
What Jim R. said. Just be sure you don't use an abrasive like steel wool or coarse Scotch-bright pads. The original Lionel track cleaning car uses a soft cotton bolster style pad, very similar, if not the very same thing as those cylindrical pads a dentist puts in the side of your mouth.
Forget that hard Walters hard block. I use a soft abrasive block that is great on track. I believe it comes from England. Micromart sells it as well.
