Test rollers are nice, but pretty much just a novelty in my book and way too expensive to use only once or twice.  Having them supporting non powered wheels seems excessive to me.  Only needed two, so that's all I made.  One day I might fashion a stationary support for leading and trailing wheels

 

Aluminum angle stock from HD as are the 6x12 mm allen head cap screws.

 

Bearings are available on E-bay.  The ones I used are 16mm OD x 5mm wide with a 6mm center hole.

 

If you buy the thicker aluminum stock you can tap the threads right in them.  Bases are plexiglass epoxied across the two rails.  Only need hand tools.
