Does anyone know where to find parts orders on a Lionel website?

There is a record of my product orders on the Lionel Store site, but not the parts order.

I called and they have a record of it, but I have no way of knowing when they will ship it or anything else about it unless I call them. I tried the Lionel Racing website and I can sign in there, but there is no record of my parts order there either.

Go to Lionelsupport.com click on the My Lionel in top right corner, and make sure you login with the account you used to order your parts.

click on the Service link, then click on Part Order History.
