TRADE: Have early 1999-2002 MTH DAP Brochures, looking for later (2003-) DAP Brochures

I have a few extras of the 1999, 2000, 2001 and 2002 MTH Dealer Appreciation Program (DAP) brochures. They're in Like New to New condition. I believe the 1999 was the first year of the program.

I'm looking for the following DAP brochures in Like New to Mint condition:

2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011.

Also looking for MTH RailKing One Gauge (G-Scale) catalogs for 2003 and 2006.
