I know.

Made price changes along the way. Not completed yet, will make new .50 signs last for the booths. Thanks!

Hi folks, I have not really posted much to this thread, but today I thought it might be fun to share some pictures from my "new" layout.

First...the b&w picture is from my boyhood Lionel layout in 1954.  This was actually the first "permanent" layout Dad and I built (I was 10) , prior to this it was (as most of us know) up with the trains at Christmas and down again after New Years.  The passenger set, by my recollection is a 2630,2630,2631 set in Blue/Silver pulled by a 1666E loco in black.  All from about 1938-42.  Clearly these predate the photo.  In the back is my PRR turbine powered freight set, you can just see the Milk car behind the tender. The backgrounds on the basement wall are just paper flats.

Here is today's layout, not much bigger and this shows the downtown area of what I call "Small Town" . Lots of traffic today and poor Officer Sullivan (the town's only policeman) tries to keep traffic moving.  The "McDonalds" is a brand new thing in town and its just making the traffic problem harder!

Happy Thursday Everyone!
