I was cleaning up my train room today. I had put my DD35 on a shelf just at eye level, and lo and behold, I noticed it looked warped. I checked with a straight edge, to make sure it is not an optical illusion. Sure enough, the lower frame is warped and the body by the same amount. See the picture, it appears to be all "hogbacked" by about 3/32 inch. (Note the red stripe just above the ruler. I hadn't noticed this before and don't know if it was warped out of the box or . . . ? By the way, it runs perfectly.
Just checking but:
a) DD35s weren't warped like this in real life, were they?
b) Anyone else have a model like this? this is the most recent one, from the 2011 catalog/in the current one.
