I finally got a new Athearn N scale tank car. 

Certainly more folks out there have 'other' scale equipment to post photos of?

Here's one I posted somewhere here quite some time ago... but hey... it IS a pic... right???

What you're seeing...

"The "class" unit for the KC&G's EMD F unit fleet sits idling in the KC&G's 12th St. Yard in the KC West Bottoms area early in the 1960's. Though faded and eroded, the tired old warrior is still wearing its original paint. Sharp eyes will see the evidence of a yard incident that took out a number board some time past.  Having to count pennies, the KC&G's shop crew figured they could dispense with the nicety of painting it once installed. In addition, they let the scrapes n' scratches (now rusting) slide by as well.  Behind the #300 is one of the few units that have had the privilege of passing through the Magnolia Shops and getting rebuilt... and even repainted!  The #323 is wearing one of the simplified paint schemes the KC&G began to experiment with... again... to cut costs.  Bankruptcy and re-organization will cause that sort of thing, you know!"

the last stuff I was working on hasn't had any time on the bench to get finished. Maybe come springtime???

I'm back in the basement for now. I like the warm weather.

Great pictures Guys, Been a busy few months here but did get a little Hobby time in here and there.

Reworked and Custom Lionel Atlantic got some track time.

Been really hard at work on 18 new Modules for our Large scale club with 20 and 22ft Diameter curves and all new cross overs so we can run the Big stuff at shows, Lots of work in my basement late at nights but will be worth the effort. Merry Xmas to all and to all a good night.
