I recently picked up a Lionmaster Class A to complete my "set". Here's a couple pix of "War Power" on the layout!
New building is up downtown! You can even see the other one under construction in a picture.
A candy store on the left side, lobby in the middle, and cigar shop on the right of the first floor. Above that, all apartments/condos. I still need to make signs for the stores.
In the background you can see the new 9 story building is almost complete. It will be lighted also but with frosted windows unlike the six story white one in the foreground with some inside details added.
This week in my series of Observation Cars, we feature one from an iconic passenger train, the Super Chief. K-line again demonstrates how it got it right with the beautiful shiny finish. Hope you enjoy this one.

A nice 2035 I picked up from a Forum member this week!
How how about this log loader from the same Forum member? It will go on the permanent layout. No room on the 4x8.
Also so got this 6110. I need to look for an appropriate tender.
He sent me some cars and switches too.
Thank you, Scott, for starting this up! It is my favorite thread of the week.....
Working under the layout, I was reminded that i own this nice O27 starter set from 1962 (New Haven, of course!)
Now, I am starting to see aresult of all my wiring....I just love "night shots"....
Lastly, I worked in the hospital all day yesterday......look what I found when I got to my office this morning!
....a package from the Muffins.....my J passenger set!
Have a safe and great weekend, everyone!
