I just installed an ERR DC Commander in a Williams FM Train Master with ERR Railsounds.  All works great !!   l also want to install a camera in the nose of the FM in lieu of the head light.   I wondering if I can add a cab light in place of the head light ?  The present view of the cab is a the DC motor, not too attractive.  Any ideas of how to dress this up would be appreciated.

I've put the plastic motor shroud from another engine to hide the motor in a couple of upgrades.  You can also just build a small CAB next to the window with an engineer figure, I make them out of cardboard and hot glue.

Since the Train Master has two lights on the front end, why not put the headlight in the lower one and use the larger top one for the camera?

Once again in our continuing education program...

A “Trainmaster” is a middle management company officer at a railroad.

A “Train Master” is the proper brand name of a powerful diesel locomotive made by the Fairbanks Morse Company back in the 50s.

I changed the name in the above posts.

Sorry Rich, didn't realize I had impugned the integrity of the middle management company officer.

Thanks gunrunnerjohn:  I considered the shroud but was wondering if I needed a silhouette ?  I was also considering the two lights on the front end only I didn't realize the top was a larger space and might be a better camera choice.  Idea's for mounting the camera and registration between the FM body and the shell ?
