Hello everyone. Each of these items are out of my collection and are being listed for sale because I have upgraded or that I have decided that I will not be using them on my next layout. I have taken a few photos at a train show where I had these items, and will give the best description I can, but please feel free to ask questions or for additional photos if needed. I would prefer to arrange delivery to Friday York, but shipping can be arranged at buyer's expense for the majority of these items.

MTH Engineering Sample Passenger Cars - These passenger cars I bought from the MTH Warehouse Auction a year or so ago with the plan to paint them. Unfortunately, I later decided that these cars are too attractive to paint and that there are better cars which would meet my needs, so I have decided to sell these. I have never run them, but they appear to be complete (down to a bulb in the blank drumhead on the passenger car). There is no damage to these cars that I have seen, but there may be some very minor blemishes from the mold which would have typically been covered by paint. It consists of a baggage, combine, coach, diner, and observation heavyweight cars. There is only the styrofoam, but judging by the writing on the box, I don't think they ever had a box.

These cars are really cool, and would be perfect on a shelf, behind an undecorated engine (need something for your unpainted brass hybrid to pull???), or on a siding waiting for paint. You will also be sure to be the only kid on your block to have these! Reduced to $250

The observation car as a sample of what they look like. Notice a slight piece of plastic on the roof (could be taken off easily) and a slight blemish where the plastic was injected into the mold. This really isn't noticeable unless you are scrutinizing it.

MTH PS2 Railking/Imperial Lehigh New England Camelback - This engine has been in my collection for about ten years and has always been a great runner. I am only selling it as I bought the new Lionel LNE camelback and decided that I do not need two. It is listed as Railking/Imperial as it has a Railking box, but an Imperial styrofoam inner packaging (so I'll let you be the judge as to which it is). It has PS2 with a BCR. I did notice that it needs one of its tender chains reattached, but that is not a hard repair. Reduced to $280

Lionel Conventional Halloween A5 with Railsounds - This engine just sort of fell into my lap and is not my style. I have tested it on a test track and it appeared to function as it should, though the smoke was a little weak (I could be just too used to modern smoke). Halloween will be here before you know it! Reduced to $200

Lionel World War 1 Airplane Pylon - This pylon is out of my collection, and I have decided that it will not fit the scale theme of my next layout. It was last used around Christmas 2022 and functioned flawlessly. It is also in great shape, except for the American plane, which suffered an accident and had to have a wheel glued back on (sounds like Buster Keaton would have done to a biplane, doesn't it?). Otherwise, it is a great and uncommon piece Reduced to $100

Korber Trolley Barn Kit - I bought this kit with the plan to use it on my next layout, but it is just too big for the little rural trolley line I have planned. This would also be great for a car shop or other uses. Reduced to $70

Two Books from the MTH Library - I bought these books from the MTH Warehouse Auction. Both were from their internal library and still contain any notes or post-its which were in it, along with the card in the back to sign out books. I took these to a train show, where someone noted that they knew some of the people on the one card. Reduced to $30 each or $50 for bothIMG_8140IMG_8142IMG_8141IMG_8143
