To be clear, 4-4-0 "Leviathan" #63 is ALREADY built, and has been operational since 2009. What Kloke Locomotive Works is currently finishing is the NEW 4-4-0 "York" for that group in Pennsylvania. The new "York" is virtually finished now, and should be delivered by highway truck to the new owners, within the next few weeks.

They just started upgrading all the track where the York will run. rails should be ready in three weeks.
