Herman’s Genuine German Sauerkraut Factory is back!
With the addition of many interesting details, this building captures the look and feel of a functioning factory. Discover how sauerkraut is made by examining the eight realistic-looking, sauerkraut vats. Two of the vats are even propped open so you can see the creation process for yourself. Four workers, a variety of barrels and even Jack the German Shepherd can be seen throughout the display, adding a bit of hometown charm to any model train set. A blinking red warning light brings even more attention to the building as the “Herman’s Genuine German Sauerkraut” sign enhances it with character by lighting up in multiple patterns.
