252 motor

I am working on fixing a lionel pre war 252 for a friend and the field coil is open. I am looking for a new chassis as it looks like it is all rivitted together and would be easier than taking it apart and swapping the armiture and coil. I missed one on ebay , and several others there ar marked as un tested. any body out there have one or know who does. thanks Rick
