Clem, no, although I have seen that video also.  I mean the one that is titled "3-rail O scale layout - Blissfield, MI" by Jon B. rail videos.  I have watched this video many many many times trying to count the ceiling tiles to see how big the layout is.  LOL  Talk about doing it the hard way.  But, I always got distracted by  watching the trains running.  I even drew the track plan to see if I could duplicate it in the space I have.  But, I just don't have the room.   Nice design and a very nice layout.

This started as a simple double track large oval, each section 2x8'. Then I added the peninsula in the middle and the oval was split on one end. One side of the oval stayed on grade went around the peninsula, made a circle and came back to rejoin the oval. The other side climbed higher to crossover the rails of the loop that stayed on grade, then also made a circle on the peninsula and rejoined itself. I'll try and find the track plan photo.
