Accessing the OGR Forum

I'm not familiar with the specific tablet you refer to, but I can tell you that the forum works just fine in Safari on my iPad.

 

The forum software works just fine on other Android devices, too, so I would expect it to work OK on this tablet. That Ekin tablet has a display size of 1200 x 800, which is larger than the iPad 2, so I would expect the viewing experience to be wonderful.

Checked it out yesterday. At $79.95 it seemed like a good deal. Tried it out but I guess because of the Android operating system and only Google for a browser and search engine it could find OGR but not allow me to access it.

 

The sales people at MicroCenter work on commission and no one was interested in helping me so I just walked out of the store.

 

I tried doing a search for Mozilla/Firefox, the browser I use, but it could not find it or AOL. I wanted to be able to access my aol mail but don't think it's possible with that operating system.

 

So, guess I'll just keep using my laptop and wait for a cheap Windows tablet.

i never tried it before, but the Google app on my iPhone can access OGR Forum just fine.  another way to go would be to download the Firefox Browser for Android which is available at the Google Apps (play.google.com) website.

Went to the Firefox Browser for Android site and the tablet I was interested in is not listed as being compatible.  I might just pick it up anyway since the store has a 15 day return policy. That should be enough time to check it out.

I have an android tablet. I can view the forum no problem. If the installed browser doesn't work for you, go to the Play Store app (should already be installed on your tablet) and download a different browser.
On my tablet I have tried these browsers:
Firefox
Chrome
Opera
Dolphin

All work good but I like dolphin the best.
