I purchased this book at Barnes and Noble back in 2004 when it was originally published and enjoy re-reading it every Christmas season. It oozes with nostalgia and contains great period color train advertisements as well as magnificent prints of paintings by Howard Fogg, Grif Teller, Ted Rose and a few others. I think this book should be on everyone's coffee table at Christmas time. At $10.00 a pop its well worth it.

Great read! My kids grabbed it for me on our stop at the TCA Museum last December. Its on my bedside table right now!
