I am using Rich for designing/building my layout. Got a visit from him recently to size up the area where the layout will be placed. So far from first meeting I feel very good about it. He is willing to work with his clients and is open to various options for managing cost, design, and he offers good suggestions. I just couldn't do this myself. Needless to say I am excited about finally having a layout off the basement floor. Looking forward to working with him.
