Hello everyone,

It is with deep regret that I am closing down Bobs coal loads. Its been a great ride; Ive met alot of people and made some friends along the way. There are alot of great folks here. Its been nearly a year and a half since my fathers death. Things just arent the same. My Mom is up in age and needs more help with things which I havent been able to provide for her. I have two daughters who are going through "growing pains."  There are just alot of family issues that just arent working out. Its been very hard to find the time and motivation to keep the coal loads going with everything thats happened. I need to focus on family; without family trains mean nothing. The economy has been soft so that plays a part in it as well.

I want to thank everyone who has supported me in the past, and wish all of you well.  I will still be here on the forum-- just as far as the coal loads its time for me to shut down. This is the last station stop, all doors out. Enjoy your trains but much more enjoy your family... Thank you all.

I wish you good luck with the two daughters growing pains as we raised 5 girls enough said!

family is at top of priority list always and enjoy the stories from your mother maybe she has a few untold ones to share.

in regards to your mothers care, I have a 95 year old mother whom needs help in home we contacted here primary Dr. and they setup in care help with bathing and a nurse weekly to check on her but only lasts I think 6 weeks they also let her Dr. know here medical status weekly.

in phoenix,az area hospice is now creating a new service for the non life threatening  in home care for the elderly in regards to bathing and physical therapy and a nurse to check on there medical status so check in your area to see if any help is available for your mother.

it will give you peace of mind when other family issues pop up and your not able to be there to help her.
