Steve,

It very much looks like this one https://www.historytoy.com/Bub...k-steam-locomotive_1 from 1930-31 but with less detailling; the detailling might even be not original? And here is a catalogue page from the 1927 catalogue with the gauge 1 loco mentioned  (catalogue number 561L for the loco, 561T voor the tender and 561LT for the complet set) at the bottom right:

Regards

Fred

Hi Steve ... long time lurker , first time poster

I can pretty much concur and confirm the 1927 Bub detective work

Heres Mine ! ( in O as opposed to 1 )

You will get an idea of the missing side rods at least

1927 Karl Bub

I collect mainly pre-war clockwork from all around the world ( on a very small budget LOL ) so while it may not be a collection of show ponys they bring me joy

Being an Aussie ( Australian) they are pretty thin on the ground out here so its a challenging hobby to say the least , yet it is amazing that any made it out here at all ... Finding something like a mechanical Lionel 1511, you really have to ask how it got 10,000 miles from home
