Just got my Mobius Maxi action cam in the mail today!
I mounted it on a Lionel 6-14251 truck and coupled it to my MTH MP-15 switcher and went for a trip around the layout.

Darrell,
Very nice camera action and layout video. Any chance of sharing some detail on what model Mobius maxi action camera you used? Link? If not, thanks for sharing the video and cam info.
Mike
Thank you!
The ebay listing just called it Mobius Maxi 2.7k

This is really nice Arnold. Even though so many buildings today are really nice it is interesting to see the product thinking that was involved in past days on something like this factory.
It must have been extremely expensive in its day.
Congrats on your ownership . Do an add on on that nice layout of yours 😉
Just picked up the Donald Trump 50' box car and 40' flat car with trailer and the U.S.Army 40' flatcar with trailer from Just Trains this Saturday. Very nicely done by MTH.
Added some tank cars with a unusual road name. These were made for the Arkema Chemical Company as gifts for customers.
As the story goes, the tractor trailer bringing the shipment was involved in an accident and fire. Most of them were scrapped and the remaining ones just got handed around to employees. The salvage company managed to rescue several hundred of these that remained with the truck and sold them. My haul was 18 cars represent three different chemical products, perfect for a unit train.
Is the story accurate? Who knows, but I haven't seen these anywhere before.
Here they are parked in my new freight yard ready to be coupled up and dragged out. I think my landscaping will have to include an Arkema Chemical Factory.
Those are nice. They will certainly make a interesting train.
My new switcher arrived from McCormick Hardware - an EMD SW-1 in the South Shore Line road name. I am impressed on the level of detailing for this Rail King Engine, built to 1:48 dimensions.
Very cool indeed. I love it!
For sure you need the chemical plant John. You could even set up a scene for a chemical spill.

I dumped some smoke fluid on on of my Legacy CAB2 remotes, I think that's enough spill for me!

That's a sharp set of tankers John. A very special unit train for sure. Looks like an Arkema plant is pre determined to land on your layout.

Probably true, I will come up with something that looks like a chemical plant.

Thanks Don, it was an interesting story.
I thought the train wreck set was interesting, I never saw one either. I did a search and apparently there are lots of them around, one NIB on eBay for $175, cheapest price I saw.
