Atlas has a bunch of steam era freight cars and some from MTH & Lionel as well.

And don't forget Canadian steam was still running until the very end of the 1950's.

CN introduced the "wet noodle" in 1961.  This "steam era" paint was taken in July 1979!

Here's an Atlas O car. I think it was offered to club members 3 or 4 years ago.

The now out of production CDS dry transfer lettering line offered a large and  very interesting array of CN and CP locomotive, freight and passenger car lettering sets.  Needles to say the former owner was a Canadian.   If you were to put a want to by listing on the OGR forum and the O Scale Yard Sale group listing you are likely to get some hits.

I can replicate your train except the piggyback and the car behind the tender. What is that car?

I believe that is a Canadian National Express Boxcar, Lionel 6-27250.

Thank you Arthur for responding to Omans question. Yes that is a recent Lionel offering and the Piggyback flat is an MTH offering.
