command loader 342 operation

Hi My command culvert loader has stopped properly picking up and dropping culverts. the pinchers have stopped moving along the bar at the ends of the run so it does not close to pick up culvert off platform. Any ideas. Do the little springs connect to anything to help it move? thanks. Lunar
