Custom O Scale Builder Plates?

I would like to know if anyone knows where I can get custom builders plates. I have a scan of the plate so I would like to buy a few of them either made as decals or actual metal plates printed on. I am working on a McKeen Motor Car so since no plates have ever been made, I would like a few made for some friends and me.
