from plastic Railking tender,I do not know if its a decal or printed how do I get it off?

Carefully, if it is a decal you can use Sol-va-set to soften it. But it is probably printed on..

Unless the tender has been repainted the lettering is printed on. There have been many threads about removing lettering without damaging the base paint. there should be a wealth of info in the other threads. That being said I've had success using Testor's Easy Lift Off (ELO). it's a slow acting paint remover. Others have used ELO in combination with the Mr. Clean Magic Eraser and others have used the Magic Eraser alone. I've tried the Magic Eraser alone but depending on the paint it could take a lot of elbow grease and time to remove all the lettering. Good luck!
