Here's what the circuit boards look like inside FasTrack switches. The blue circled board is the TMCC radio board. The easiest way to disconnect the radio board is to disconnect the 5 pin connector going to it from the main board (shown by the blue arrow in the picture below) .

Here's a close-up of the main board. The red arrow is pointing to the TMCC Radio label.

The way I disconnect these plugs is by using a pair of 45 degree bent nose pliers with teeth. Carefully gripping the sides of the female connector, slightly rock the connector side to side while pulling backwards.
