Learned a lesson today. Don't attempt to have the truck pull back in instead of backing in. It doesn't work. Took about 10 minutes to pop the building from the base to get the truck out. Jammed in solid. Thankfully I was there to disconnect power before any damage to the door gears occured. I was going to sell this accessory but now since I played with it, I am having second thoughts. Back into storage it goes.

Real life we had just received a brand new 102' aerial platform, an assistant chief left the building with a compartment door open. OOPS! then about 6mos later during a practice for a 5 story building I managed to mess up an out rigger!. S**t happens in 1:1. John

This Beechcraft King Air 300 was a total loss, and the lineman who lowered the door lost his job.
I worked in that firehouse when Eng 234 was there in the 1970's. It became Rescue 2 quarters after Eng 234 move to a new fire house. It's on Bergen St. in Bed-Sty Brooklyn.
