There might not be much on the market (thank you MTH for your Railking PCC and Semi-brills!), but with a bit of imagination you can scratch build your own I suppose. 

I just finished 3D printing a prototype for an interurban car I am making to fit over a MTH PCC car base  (smaller nozzle next time for the detail).  A few changes to the lights, fitting the final shell to the actual base (plus bottom detailing), some dummy couplers and it'll look pretty nice!

Why would it be outsourced to the 3rd world?  One of the most attractive aspects of this as a modeling tool is that it's reasonably available to any modeler.   As for what's in it, that's all pretty readily available information.
