Duckunder photos using new Panasonic Lumix DMC-LX100 camera

I am one of the most fortunate persons to live near Will and get to see this "first hand."  So real and what a wonderful layout.  Also, such a good person for the Triangle area when it comes to transportation and our future.

Frank failed to mentioned that he also serves on the Wake County Transit Advisory Committee, as I do, and is engaged with the Committee in developing an integrated, affordable transit plan for our region's future. 

 

Frank has a big layout of his own that focuses mainly on modern NS operation.

Amazing you can get the focus set where you want.  Expect some creative photos of your great layout.

Thanks, Dan. Except for having too little time to ramp up my knowledge quickly, I expect to have a good time experimenting with the camera all over the layout. The short focus and narrow depth of field achievable on some settings will aid in blurring out distant background elements in the room that aren't part of the layout, hence making foreground details all the more realistic.
