As I understand, the sound commander boards from the Electric Railroad come preloaded with sounds. Is it possible to edit these sound files? I would want to add a different whistle sound to the medium steam board.
If not does anyone know of any steam engine sound boards that allow you to edit the sound files?
I know MTH PS2 and PS3 boards allow this, I'm just exploring to see if there is a cheaper option than a PS3 upgrade kit or a PS3 locomotive. Can you edit PS1 sound files?
