Re: ERR Generic CCM VS ERR Odyssey diesel CCM

Hello all,

I've seen these two different type of cruse commander Ms on ERR's site and have no clue what the difference between the two is. I have been installing the normal generic CCM in engines but have never touched one of the diesel CCMs. What is the difference?

The cruise commander M is a single modular board that replaces the original motor board on the Lionel board. Un plug the motor drive board and plug in the new one. The Cruise commander is a total separate board that requires that all of the boards be replaced with the cruise commander. The ERR site has an accurate description of both boards but does not have an accurate picture of the commander M.
