The first 2 pics are on the Interurban railroad I had, it was 22' x 50.' The model (It was a model of the TMER&L Co.) was in Model Railroader a few times back in the day. It was built in 1935.

The last pic is 2 old Hudsons on display on top of my layout. I had working signals that used one of the rails for detection, this prevented anything that was not powered from the overhead from running.

Well F.E.F fans I have a fun loco to show today, bit of an imposter but fun nonetheless.  This is a Hatchette French Hornby M series overhead electric locomotive.  It is a reproduction of a French Hornby loco of about 1952,  although this type loco was available from French Hornby from about 1938.   Hatchette made its reproductions 2002-2004 and actually used them as premiums to incentivize folks to buy their Trains magazine.  Its clockwork and the mechanism seems to work just fine although there is no governor so speed control depends on how many cars you hook on !  While not original, the reproduction is very accurate and this fellow here is in like new condition.  They are nice to look at and fun to play with without much of an investment.

Here's my entry for FeF, from an angle I don't usually shoot photos from, the far corner of Butt Valley Lake, a PG&E recreational lake. Got an SF work crew finishing up while a pair of Warbonnet F3's wait.

Well, Friday’s really roll around fast, I guess it’s my age, however, @Don McErlean that’s a cool green Electric machine, I’m sure it blends well with your tinplate collectibles, it’s a Wow, @Bar GP7 #63, Johan, that’s  a beautiful picture of the engine in the neatly made tunnel, it’s a Wow, @Rsjb18, Bob, that’s a super picture and it’s nice to see ALCO courtesy, wow, nice layout, @Steamfan77, wow, nice switcher on the cool bridge, it’s a Wow., @CAPPilot, that’s a beautiful steamer pushing the car, I love the number boards, nice scene, @Capetrainman, Wow, that’s a beautiful steamer approaching the South Mainstreet crossing, nice layout to, @Sitka, wow, two beautiful pictures of neat trains on a nicely scenicked layout, Wow. Happy Railroading Everyone

Thank you. Shooting wasn’t hard, I just focused on the front and that was it. One sample was enough.

Hi guys, its been a little bit so here I go! LOL First off what great photos buy all!
@BAR GP7 #63 Johan what an AMAZING tunnel shot! if it wasn't for the center rail one would think its the real thing! Outstanding!

@leapinlarry You always have great shots on your layout, but then again itis hard not to when you have such a wonderful layout that your willing to share with the rest of us!

@Don McErlean Don, great looking Tinplate stuff! If I ever got some of it I would be scared to play with it as I would think I would break them! But the stuff you bring to the table look like you just took them out of the box!

I know I am later, but better late then never! LOL

From the overpass I was able to get a shot of the 5835 BNSF and the 7201NS waiting to head out, the BNSF has a load of containers and the NS has a tank car train!

I hope you all had a great weekend and a wonderful Monday and Tuesday!

@mike g. - thanks for the complement Mike, I really like your modern looooooong diesels, if I tried to run those on my layout at 0-31 and 0-27 I would have to install a hinge in the middle.    They are really neat however.  I am sorry I can't do it however because those BNSF diesels are what we see in our neighborhood all the time, running between here and Dallas.
