I would certainly agree with the "utterly useless" part. 
But can you run it conventional or do you need Legacy?

Deluxe model moves back and forth on "extra track" and has a smoke unit. Nothing about sound effects or command control compatibility!
Perfect gift for the person that already has everything and doesn't need anything else.
I doubt anyone here would actually want one, but it was good for the laugh factor.

Well, your computer on rails would be less practical than your car with a new paint job.
I've built a couple of PCs, and I could see building a server in a case like this -- plenty of interior space. I'm liking this one.
It's amusing, but it's pretty spendy.

I ordered one for my wife for our anniversary. I have been looking for something really romantic because I have been spending a bit too much time on trains lately. I'm sure she will love this. Should I get the one that moves or do you think that's overkill.
