I recently placed an order for some Gargraves track pins. On-line, the price for shipping seemed a little high, but I was willing to pay for it as I was in a hurry to get them.
The parts arrived in 3 days, and included a partial refund of the shipping costs.
I really appreciated this, and goes to show that there are some people/business that really care about customer's.

It's the little things like this that mean a lot to some of us. I think many (maybe most?) would have just pocketed the extra shipping. That is excellent customer service (and extremely good value) on the part of the vendor. Some folks really know how to keep their customers coming back and that would certainly do it for me.

I live fairly close to them . I had through my own error shorted my N scale remote. Took it in they fixed it no charge. Then the guy offered to show my grandson and I a tour of their facility. Now needless to say they know how to serve and keep customers. Class organization.
