Don(Cerritos)OGR Forum Member

An unusual question here, I'm in So Cal, and an associate of mine sold a layout to a person in Chicago area. They are having difficulty getting it up and operational. Unfortunately the new owner is not Command Control familiar on a 3 rail system. (DCS). Anyone in the area willing to give a helping hand? Not looking for freebies. If so please let me know.
