Does anyone have experience with removing the boiler off of a Weaver Baldwin Consolidation?

I removed the three obvious screws (circled in red below) - two by the cab and one under the pilot truck. The boiler is still connected to the frame somewhere above the cylinder saddle. The back lifts freely and I can see there are no other attachment points other than the cylinder saddle.

I suspect I need to remove the pilot to access another screw on the underside of the smokebox, but thought it would be wise to ask before completely disassembling this thing.

Screws holding the pilot on:

Screw for smokebox front?

Good idea John.

Lee - I like to make a small packet with a piece of painters tape folded over, and put the screws / washers / etc inside. I then label it with what project it came from and where those particular parts were located. I'll then take all the packets for a given project and put them somewhere obvious, like the locomotive box. For freight car projects like a boxcar I'll often tape them all to the frame while the shell is being painted.
