Picked up this 1615 the other day at the Amherst Railroad Hobby Show. The only problem is how to replace the broken missing front marker light? Besides the marker light, I will be adding some weight to the tender to allow it to have more pulling power. I will see if I can find some way to gear down the motor so it runs slower. As for the shell, I will be repainting the shell and adding a figure to the cab.

The repro parts guys like Jeff Kane sell repair markers. I just used JB Weld but it would be stronger if you drilled through the mounted marker and used some music wire to reinforce it. Part number 1656-ML
