Hi Everyone,

Somewhat new (a few posts regarding Lionel TMCC/Legacy vs conventional) to this forum, and I have NEVER before used a commercially produced wheel puller (having hammered out the axle on a TMCC 746's drive wheels with a nail set and the open jaws of a vise), but my first try of Frank Timko's wheel puller was absolutely FANTASTIC! I scribed the axle/wheels so I could later quarter them properly, set the center push pin on the axle, snugged the outside "pullers" up on the bind/flanged drive wheel, and in less than 10 minues had pulled the rear drive wheels and the blind wheels next to it off.

Thanks, Frank Timko !!!

I humbly apologize for not crediting Frank Timko correctly.

I don't like it when my name is misspelled, so I hope Frank and all you out there can forgive me.

I was so excited when the wheel puller worked, I jumped right onto the OGR and wrote my brief praise.

Humble thanks to all for your likes, and pointing out my error.

You may want to edit your initial post to correct the error in the thread title and in the body of your post.
