Karl Bub Engine Repair

Does any know of a good repairer who could do a Karl Bub engine recently acquired? It is a 3-Rail electric motor . Wheels and rotor turn a bit stiffly, but real problem is electrical hook up, plus I can’t figure out how to remove motor from shell. Needs an expert! Thanks.
