My legacy base has been unplugged for the summer season. Now that I’ve plugged it back in the Lionel logos, legacy logo and the yellow and red indicators are pulsing on and off rapidly. The green indicator is solid The charging feature is turned off. It appears after it warms up this flashing slows down and eventually stops I’m wondering if there are failing capacitors either in the power supply or the base itself. It’s taken about 20 minutes to stop pulsing. Any thoughts?
