legacy icons on the 990 do not appear.

i got a new 990 set and it is set to version 1'6 base and hand held both. it runs the legacy engines fine in tmcc mode and the tmcc engines too i cant get the legacy icons to appear on them. i tried to use the blue modules torest it and it did the programing as it said it would but still in the tmcc mode. i need help please.

Your not in "Legacy mode". Go to the 1:30 on this video to learn how to select it:
