I got this a long time ago, just as you see it here:

It's an old Rivarossi/AHM unit; someone did a decent job detailing and filling in the pilot gap. It's a real "growler", which seems to suit this model...and I believe the lettering was done by hand!  

Just for laughs, here's a picture of a stock engine:

The Pennsy division of my model railroad world is lead off by these.  Weaver BP-20 passenger sharks.  Recently I also added a Weaver Brass Torpedo.  My current Pennsy projects include a Williams brass T-1 which I am modifying to represent one of the later configurations with some of the skirting removed and a Fairbanks Morse C Liner B unit made from parts of to A unit shells to match the double A pair I have.
