I have 3 pretty big projects going right now.....and my oldest son and I built and installed 32 feet of benchwork for the new layout today.....but I saw a photo of a locomotive and it triggered the memory that I have wanted to build these since my HO days. I still need another set of F units....but I am sizing these off some I am using on another locomotive repaint I am in the middle of now. Also I'll show layout progress as soon as I can see something that looks like a layout.....right now we are doing the Chinese puzzle thing of moving things to install benchwork....then moving it back so we can continue. Like I said.....don't need another project.....

Dave, I think alot of us understand only too well.  We always have more projects than we can do.  And just when we think we have the whole lot under control, we remember that special project like this one you just remembered . . .

Besides, you really can't have too many F units, can you?  We all need a few more!

How do you like CorelDraw?  I've never used it but hear it is pretty good.  I do my graphics for decals and printing for foamboard and cardstock buildings and buildboards, etc., in Powerpoint - what I learned first and am comfortable with now.

I started using CorelDraw at V3 many years ago. It was just kinda a hobby at the time. I am 100% self taught so anyone can do it!!! But that is not to say it easy......it has a steep learning curve. The best thing I can say is it's powerful. X5 has many new features that are great. It is also used as input to my laser cutter machine.....so it serves many purposes for me. The weakest part of CorelDraw is support......very poor from Corel....but lots of good forums on the net. But pure technical issues can be very difficult to resolve.

Dave, the time to worry about getting support is when you receive this message from your computer.....
