I've cleaned up everything on this engine. It looks great Howver the E unit buzzes and no engine movement. I've cleaned the internals carefully . The pawl moves up and down and the drum turns also. There's power to the motor. Don't know what else to do

How do you know there's power to the motor? Bypass the E-Unit and test the motor alone.
