Hi I have a problem with the magnetic hoist on the #346 culvert  unloader. When the hoist picks up a culvert from the gondola it doesn't raise completely into the conveyor assembly so when it travels to the platform ramp it falls off. It seems the culvert is to heavy. When I tried it without the culvert it goes all the way up and travels to the ramp at the right height. I doubled checked the string going thru the pulleys it is correct. My thought is to shorten the string at the drive belt. But I thought maybe someone has had a similar problem and found a answer. I appreciate any suggestions

Thanks for the tips.  Suggestions , to add more weight to the counterweight and make sure the counter weight screw is loose. The more I thought about it the  screw on the counterweight  adjusts tension. I kept adjusting the screw until it worked right but it seemed  vibration would change the setting.  I applied some  goo glue to the threads on the screw, and reset it. It now works correctly at 12v.  For this problem the key is the screw.  Thanks again for the input.
