lionel new haven f3 dummy or powd unit

prefer a lionel new haven dummy F3 A unit but would consider buying a powered F3 A unit also.must be new haven colors.

prefer unit to be in good condition with no dents/scratches etc etc...forgot to mention i prefer the lionel f3..not williams.
