Here is a update to some of my predictions before the catalog and updates,
<big>Great News!! Lionel O-36 Manual and Remote Switches, as well as the track packs, will be shipping from Lionel this Month!!!!</big>
<big>Lionel will be introducing a New Thomas Battery Operated Set. It will be shown at the TCA Meet in York this month, so please stop by the Lionel Booth and check it out.</big>
<big>The New 6-37921 ZW Transformer will be shipping in July, 2012. It will be shown at the TCA Meet in York this month. It will now be 620 Watts instead of the 720 watts as initially advertised. This was changed due to UL Ratings.</big>
<big>Lionel also does have in the works a Z-200 Transformer, but not in production yet. We are told it will be about half the cost of the ZW.</big>
<big>Lionel will be doing the 4 each Made In America Presidential Boxcars, but these are not in production yet. The NYC and SP Made in America Boxcars will not be done. Details to follow, so stay tuned.</big>
<big>A NEW Polar Express Freight Set will be introduced in the 2012 Christmas Catalog, along with the Elf Handcar and other cars that were not in the Ready To Run Catalog!!</big>
<big>Lionel will be introducing a 2 car add on set to go with the 6-31743 Amtrak Acela Set in the Volume 2 Catalog on pages 12 & 13 to complete the set.</big>
- Hope this helps, I mentioned the PE Freight and Thomas RC set awhile ago. Still have not heard about the "Peanuts" set if that is ever coming down the pike.
