After testing the Lionel FasTrack Command Control Y switches on our latest living room Christmas layout with many hours of repetative running, we highly recommend these new CC switches. Great Command remote control and the O72 Y switches accommodate all our Tin Plate engines & rolling stock, including the 810 Crane Cars, on a repetative running basis. Further these FT CC switches do not interfere with the DCS package, and these new switches are low voltage and can be run on small amounts of track power, eliminating the need for an alternate power sourse for operating switches. If you own & run FasTrack the new 072 Y Command Control Switches are the latest Lionel track technology, and they work perfectly on a DCS/TMCC controlled layout. If you are a Tin Plate train runner, it does not get any better than this for perfect longevity running, via remote control.
