I'm not quite sure what you mean.

I recently purchased the LokSound XL4.0 decoder to install in my Sunset GG1. It is a stand-alone power/sound DCC decoder with a 4 amp rating. Another install is the LokSound Select decoder I'm putting in a Sunset GE 44 ton engine. That decoder has a 1.2 amp rating and sound in a very small package, which is what the 44T requires.

A few weeks ago at Trainfest, I had talked to the Loksound people about an O scale decoder.   Most O scalers currently use the G scale decoder, then piggyback a sound decoder to it, according to the sales Rep.  Or they use a lower amperage HO unit.   He did inform me, that Loksound is in the process of developing a 4 amp O scale decoder.   I was impressed with the demo models with decoders they had on their little test track.  My only concern with Loksound,  is that you need to have (purchase) their computer station programming outfit to use their products.   You cannot use an NCE, or Digitrax system to program the Loksound decoder......

Dave...From what I've been told by others whom are more knowledgable than I am on DCC, the answer is no.  To program a Loksound decoder, you need the Loksound programmer unit.  Now, this may change in due time, but I honestly doubt it will.  And, I do not know just what the cost is for these programmers.  This why most of the O scalers in my area use Digitrax, or NCE decoders.   Now regarding QSI decoders, I have 2 Atlas MP 15s with QSI, that I can run on the Fox Valley O layout, which uses the NCE system, and programming.   The only "oddball" decoders are the Loksound, that however, once programmed, will run using NCE or Digitrax handsets.  Loksound just needs their specific programmer unit to actually program the decoder.
