A very hard to find set. I had been searching with no luck for years. Barb Jones called one day and said she was thinning out her collection and offered it to me. She told me the price and said no negotiating. Ouch, but I do own it now. Also the only place I think they used the gray PRR engine.

I just joined on here and saw this thread. I have a brand new Marx 10270 set that has never been run and only unwrapped twice. My dad recently passed away and this is one O gauge set that I have no attachment to. Anyone know anyone, like Steve, who would have interest?
I have many other Lionel and AF O gauge that I’m looking to sell. And a ton of HO Marklin sets that are mostly unopened.
